How to generate Consolidated Eway Bills on the E Way Bill portal?

What is a Consolidated E-way Bill? 

A consolidated electronic waybill is created whenever the distributor wants to transport the various consignment of merchandise in a single vehicle. In other words, if a solitary vehicle is transporting numerous consignment having a place with a similar provider, there is no compelling reason to manage isolate e-way bills for every consignment, but instead, a merged e-way bill might be produced. 1. Log on to www.ewaybill.nic.in

4. On the left-hand side of the main menu of the e-way bill portal, tap the option "consolidated EWB"

Generating Consolidated E-Way Bill 

1. The taxpayer ought to be prepared with all the e-way bill numbers of all the consignments, which he intends to transport in the single movement or vehicle

2. Select the sub-option "Create New" under the "consolidated EWB" tab

3. In doing as such, a screen will be shown, where one needs to fill in the accompanying fields:
Mode (Road, Rail, Air OR Ship)
From State (Select starting from the drop menu)
Vehicle Starts From
Vehicle No. (according to the configuration indicated)
E-way Bill No. (When this is entered, the rest of the fields, for example, "E-way Bill Date". "Produced BY", "Inv. No. what's more, Date", "Inv. Sum", "Source" and "Goal", will be auto-populated)

Add multiple consignments by tapping the "+"" sign

Click "Submit"

4. On finish and submission of this form, the consolidated e-way bill with a consolidated e-way bill number will be shown

Cancellation of Consolidated E-way bill 


1.Select the sub-option "cancel Consolidated E-Way Bill" under the "Consolidated EWB" tab

2. In doing as such, a screen will be shown, wherein one needs to enter the Consolidated e-way charge no.

3. Click "Go"

4. In doing as such, the portal will show the concerned solidified e-way bill with an alternative to scratch off. Once crossed out, one won't have the capacity to roll out any further improvements to that specific merged e-way bill.

Printing Consolidated E-way Bill 

1. Select the sub-option "Print Consolidated EWB" under the "Consolidated EWB" tab

2. In doing as such, a screen will be shown, wherein one needs to enter the Consolidated e-way Bill no.

3. Click "Go"

4. In doing as such, the gateway will show the concerned combined e-path Bill with an alternative to print.

Updating Vehicle Number for Consolidated E-way Bill 

1. Select the sub-choice "Vehicle Update" under the "Consolidated EWB" tab
2. In doing as such, a screen will be shown, wherein one should pick the informed choice, by which one needs to see the merged e-way Bill ("Consolidated EWB No. Or then again "Created Date")
3. Based on the choice picked, one can either enter the merged e-way bill no. or on the other hand one can choose the date on which the combined e-Way Bill was created
4. Click "Go"
5. In doing as such, the entry will show a rundown of Consolidated e-way bill. One may choose the specific Consolidated e-route bill to refresh the vehicle number, the post which a screen for change will be shown, with the "From Place" auto-populated.
6. Fill in the accompanying fields:
Method of Transport (Road, Rail, Air OR Ship)
Enter Vehicle No.
Enter From Place 
Select From State (Select starting from the drop menu)
Select Reason (Select starting from the drop menu, the fitting reason, which could be transshipment or vehicle separating)
Comments 
7. In case there are any fields which are entered wrongly, a fitting blunder message will fly up. In the event that all is all together, the vehicle number will get refreshed to that specific combined e-way charge.
